TNC has found that a number of our clients have migrated to high speed connections from various common carriers, but have maintained their TNC e-mail accounts. We wish to encourage prudent use of Internet bandwidth by those clients as TNC is charged by our carrier for additional traffic. Therefore for clients who transfer large quantities of mail (especially if they maintain large archives on our system and retransmit that data to themselves needlessly) we have implemented new fees as described above.
